Situated just ouside the hamlet of Lacam-d'Ourcet in the Lot, South West
France, Bout de Côte is a farm covering over 100 acres. The main produce from the farm is mountain pork
which we convert in our own charcuterie into products.
The region is renowned for its gastromomy and life centres around good food. It is close to the home of foie gras,
confit de canard and cassoulet.
The farm has a shop in the town of St Céré, about 14km away selling produit fermiers from the farm and fom other
carefully selected suppliers.
Our new venture is le camping sauvage (wild camping) and outdoor skills. By the summer of 2010 we hope to be in full swing
with projects, courses and camping. There will also be pay and play archery facilities with coaching and loan
equipment available.
